Gift Aid declaration

I want Hayling Island WAVE to claim Gift Aid on the donation entered above, any donations I make in the future and any donations I have made in the past four years. I understand that if the Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax I pay in a tax year is less than the Gift Aid claimed on all my donations to charities that year, I am responsible for paying the difference.

I understand that WAVE will keep the information on this form to process my Gift Aid declaration, including providing the details needed for its claim to HMRC.
